Being from a Real Estate family, property has always been an interest for Tegan. After graduating School, she was offered a Conveyancing position at a local law firm which she didn’t hesitate to take.
Fueling her passion for the real estate industry, it was in 2009 that Tegan decided it was time for a new challenge and enrolled in a two year traineeship to obtain a Certificate Four in Property Management. It was a natural progression that Tegan join the family business at RealWay whilst studying.
Tegan started at the bottom 14 years ago and has gone from strength to strength. For the past 12+ years she has been our full-time Senior Property Manager who manages her own portfolio of properties as well as overseeing the entire rent roll. She is passionate about legislation and keeping up as up to date as possible by attending regular training events.
During her time in Property Management she firmly believed that to be a successful Property Manager you must have a passion for the industry as well as being a people person. She has encouraged her colleagues diligent, consistent, reliable, honest and approachable.
Tegan has returned from maternity leave after herself and her husband Thomas welcomed their first child, Oliver, in April 2022.
In her spare time, Tegan enjoys playing Netball, going to the gym, spending time with family and friends as well experiencing all that our beautiful region has to offer.
