Chelsea joined our team in October 2021 and has forged a reputation both internally and externally of being systematic, diligent and incredibly capable. She joined the Real Estate industry initially with a thirst for knowledge and continues to fill that cup, day-in and day-out always relating her learnings to her life.
The RealWay family had so much faith in this go-getter that it took less than two years for Chelsea to have her on portfolio bestowed upon her – and she hasn’t looked back. Those who come into contact with her will find an approachable, well-spoken and an eager component to the operations of the business.
Being born and raised in Bundaberg, Chelsea loves the beautiful waterways that our region has to offer and in her spare time finds herself spending time with her family, friends and of course – her dogs! A keen traveller, if you don’t find Chelsea working hard for Team RealWay or getting out on the water for a ski, you’d probably find her somewhere in Europe sampling the many walks of life. The world truly is this young lady’s oyster and we’re excited to continue her growth as a wonderful Property Manager.
