Ashley has been the property manager of my investment property for 4 and a half years. Ashley maintains  communication with me on all matters, and provides assistance with arranging for any maintenance that is required. Ashley does regular property inspections, taking photos for me to see that the property is in good order. My tenants have always found Ashley to be approachable and willing to pass information on to me in a timely manner. Ashley informs me of when new leases are needed, in plenty of time, giving me time for any considerations I may have. My invoices are forwarded to me in the first week of the month, and payments made to my account on time.
